03. Drafting the Partnership Agreement

Once we confirm the site is viable, we work together to finalize a long-term lease. These agreements typically span several decades, providing your family with a recession-proof income stream. Our goal is to return the land in better condition than when we found it, allowing the soil to rest and rejuvenate during the life of the project.

04. Technical Due Diligence
